Vegan Salad Dressings
Our Salad Dressings are clean, made with sunflower oil or olive oil and are light yet flavorful. We believe a salad dressing shouldn't cover the taste of your salad, it should compliment it. All are gluten free except the Sesame Ginger Lemon Grass dressing and all seasoned with pink Himalayan salt and black pepper.
NOTE** THESE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING. THEY ARE ONLY SOLD IN ALL THE LOS ANGELES STORES.
NEW! Miso Citrus Dressing- white miso, lemon, lime, orange juices, GF Tamari, toasted sesame oil, chili flakes. Great for marinating tofu, chicken, pork, and vegetables and make a light and fresh salad dressing.
Mom's Lemon Dill Garlic Dressing
When I was kid, this was the dressing my mom always made, just about every single night. It's light and clean as all of our dressings are, but this one has a super big place in my heart.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, lemon juice, dried dill, dijon mustard, freeze dried garlic chips, pink salt and black pepper
Sesame Ginger Lemon Grass
This is my #1 selling dressing at all Erewhon Market locations in Southern California. This one has the strongest flavors as it's like an Asian salad dressing.
Ingredients: ginger and lemon grass puree, toasted sesame oil, ponzu, orange juice, sunflower oil, lemon juice.
Great on salads, marinades for chicken, fish, tofu and beef & deglaze with vegetables.
Basil Oil and Orange
This light and delightful dressing is one of a kind. Clean, pure and simple.
Ingredients: Basil infused sunflower oil, seasoned rice vinegar, orange juice, sunflower oil
It enhances a salad, finishes a baked salmon, tastes great drizzled on steamed veggies and butternut squash.
This dressing is kind of like a Parisian dressing; a tad bit mustardy with large hints of citrus. It great with a salad that includes dried fruits, nuts and cheeses.
Ingredients- Lemon juice, orange juice, lime juice, sunflower oil, olive oil, dijon mustard, seasoned rice vinegar
Great on salads, marinating chicken, turkey, white fish, drizzling over steamed or grilled asparagus, on a baked yam or potato or whatever fancies your taste buds.
